Airplanes

There will be 2 jets. One will be an Airbus A220-300. This is a regional jet, and will be designed to fly within the nation. This jet is smaller than the more recognized aircraft, but essential since most county airports will not support long haul aircraft. The second will be an Airbus A350-1000. This is the one that is likely to be more recognized as the royal aircraft. This is because this will be the jet that would take me outside of Kaldus, and go to the visiting country that I will need to go to. Both aircraft would have been delivered as a blank slate, and will be renovated from the ground up to serve the role of royal aircraft.

The Airbus A220 will serve within the nation. Since it isn’t intended for a long haul, the aircraft will not have bedrooms, or other such resources. There will be a galley, a lavatory, and a private bathroom so I may take a shower if needed. There will also be an office where I can sign documents, use my personal computer, and make any necessary telephone calls. Since the A220 is much smaller than the A350, there isn’t much room for anything else, and with that said it is just the basics and offer as a flying office rather than a flying residence.

The Airbus A350 will function not as only a flying office, but a flying residence as well. The A350 will have a galley for cooking, a private office for addressing the needs of the nation, and 2 bedrooms. There will also be 2 bathrooms – each with a shower that will allow Royal Guard members to also shower if this is something they will need to do. The second bathroom will be in between the 2 bedrooms.

When making telephone calls from either plane, the caller ID information will show the main telephone number of the residence. There will be a front desk operator that would intercept any calls to the residence, and validate whether the call should be transferred to the aircraft in use. The phone itself will support Bluetooth, and therefore will support an earpiece microphone for telephone calls allowing me to have both hands free.
