Where most ruling powers will want a lavish palace with an enormous amount of grounds space, that does not meet with my ideals. Simply put, there is not enough land, and there is no realistic way to get more land. It is just that simple. Land is a finite resource. Capita Tower will be 180m × 15m (9,000m2/29,500ft2) with 43 floors. The top 3 floors will be used to host for the “palace” which will be known simply as the residence. There will also be a sub floor for the motorcade, and royal guard vehicles. The roof will also have greenspace to reduce the need to go anywhere. The roof will do so much too.
The black private elevator will go to the following floors:
- sub level garage
- Floor 1 (Ground Floor)
- Floor 41 (Guest Housing)
- Floor 42-43 (The Residence)
- Roof
The sub floor will host the vehicles, and a mechanic garage. This will allow maintenance to be done without having to take the vehicle anywhere where there might be a bad actor. If there is a need for parts, then the mechanic garage will order the parts, and address it to unit 101 which there is no such unit, but the delivery service will simply go to the office which already knows they should reach the mechanic garage. This area will be under surveillance to reduce the chances of theft or vandalism.
Addressing the residence will be simple. In both instances (government or personal), there will be a private address that would be used. While an item can be addressed to the residence, it will never get to the residence without intervention. All mail will forward to a mail sort facility for the residence. This will mean anything that might be bad can be intercepted, and an investigation on the sender. Any mail without a return address will be shredded, and disposed of.
When dignitaries come to visit, their vehicle will drive into the private garage in the sub basement. This will allow the dignitary to exit the vehicle in safety of the building surrounding them. From there, they will take an elevator to the residence which will start at floor 41. This also allows for privacy, and confidentiality. In addition to dignitaries, any personal guests of the royal family will also come in through this means.
There will also be a modest side entrance on the ground floor of the building. There will be 2 royal guard members in plain clothes to make sure no one that isn’t supposed to be there come. The guardsmen will deny any request to enter the entrance, and will be encouraged to use the public entrance in the front of the building.
Floor 41 will be where dignitaries will spend much of their time if they were to spend long hours at the residence. There will be modest, but efficient housing for these dignitaries, and the splurge will match that of the residence. By providing a separate apartment style residence, the dignitaries will have a private option while still receive security from the Royal Guard. In respect of religions, an islamic symbol will be on the wall or corner to show what direction Mecca is. Any muslim leaders will be informed of such accommodation. The same will apply to any other religious requisites for pointing to a religious center.
Floor 42 is the business end of the Residence. This is where offices are located at. Any war meeting room, and where attorneys will be able to review new bills. There will be a press room where vetted journalists will be able to question I, or press spokesperson. All telephones on this floor will show the Residence telephone number as mentioned in the contact page of this site.
Floor 43 is the personal end of the Residence. This is where all of the residential facilities such as the Great Room, kitchen, and bedrooms are located at. As with the business end of the Residence, there are telephones located throughout the Residence. There will be a telephone number set that is catered to the Residence rather than a particular person. As always, numbers ending in 0 will be fax lines, and numbers ending in 1-9 will be voice lines. Each family member will get their own extension, and calls to that extension will be answered by the personal assistant.
The roof will have outdoor space to cater to the royal family. There will be a terrace with green space for any potential children, or pets. There will be solar panels to help offset the cost of electricity. There is also a heliport where an H225 can come to collect me if I should need to go another part of Kaldus, or to another country all together. The H225 will take me to the Kaldus International Airport in a restricted space where the RF aircrafts are located.
